A crowd dressed in green and gold gathered Jan. 22 in Round Rock, Texas, to honor the lives of Baylor’s Immortal Ten.
The Baylor Board of Regents adopted new bylaws at their February meeting that will improve University governance by increasing diversity among the Regents, provide voting privileges to a second-term student Regent and give the public a more complete view of Board operations and decisions.
The Committee hopes to complete its work and join the University in announcing a new president by the end of the spring semester.

Jeannette Bonner’s day begins every morning at 4. Before lights are on in most of her neighbors’ homes, she prepares for a regimented day ahead. Soon, she is helping her three daughters get ready for school; once they’re off, she leaves base at Fort Hood and begins the hour-long drive to Baylor.
