Outstanding Faculty Awards

June 30, 2021

Twelve Baylor faculty members were honored with Outstanding Faculty Awards for teaching, scholarship and contributions to the academic community for the 2020-2021 academic year. The Outstanding Faculty Awards recognize the best all-around faculty, including tenured, tenure-track and non-tenure-track faculty.

Selection is based on teaching capabilities, research achievement, effective committee service, time spent with students, and civic and church involvement. The designation represents a significant honor for Baylor faculty since the recognition comes from their colleagues. Each honoree receives a citation and recognition by his or her department and a $2,500 honorarium.
