Career Experience
Ryan D. Pratt is a principal in the EY (Ernst & Young) Forensic & Integrity Services practice with experience in assisting companies through compliance and risk assessments, fraud and forensic investigations, forensic data analytics, dispute resolution, litigation, claim valuation, third-party due diligence and government and regulatory inquiries. Pratt majored in finance and economics at Baylor. He is a chartered financial analyst, a globally recognized professional designation given by the CFA Institute.
Board Experience
Since 2016, Pratt has been a member of the board — including a term as vice chair — for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Gulf Coast Region, which offers a range of free educational and support programs for patients, their families, caregivers and healthcare professionals.
Awards and Honors
Pratt graduated from Baylor with dean’s list and cum laude honors. He was the top fundraiser for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Light the Night Walk in Houston from 2019 to 2021.
Baylor Philanthropy
Pratt was a member of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity as a Baylor student. He established the Shannon Pratt Gleditsch Endowed Scholarship in 2015 in memory of his sister, who died of undiagnosed leukemia in 2014. The scholarship assists Baylor students of junior or senior standing who are majoring in child and family studies in the Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences. In addition, Pratt is the EY Forensic & Integrity Services sponsoring partner for on-campus recruiting; in that capacity, he has helped manage the hiring of numerous Baylor graduates in Houston, Dallas and outside Texas.
Church/Christian Mission Affiliations
Pratt and his family are members of Houston’s First Baptist Church, where he has co-founded and/or co-directed multiple adult Life Bible Studies.
