The organization is supported by several Hankamer School of Business leaders, including William E. Crenshaw Endowed Dean Sandeep Mazumder, Ph.D., who was instrumental in the organization’s development.

“At Baylor, we’re committed to enhancing diversity and belonging by giving every student the opportunity to make an impact in their field,” Mazumder said. “We strive to achieve Christ-centered diversity. BBSA is positioned to further this vision and reflect the culture of representation within the Business School.”

The organization helps members develop valuable skills that will prepare them for success in their careers.
