After reading about Baylor Line Camp in the Fall 2009 issue of Baylor Magazine, I just felt overwhelmed with Baylor pride. I have always felt that the Baylor environment has bred pride since the first day students step on campus, but Line Camp seems like it will take that pride to another level, and it's such a great supportive tool for our athletics as well.
Also, the improvements that are made to the campus every day are amazing. As my old Baylor defensive coordinator, John Goodner, used to say, "Men, either you're getting better or you're getting worse."
We're clearly always getting better! Keep it up!

I want to compliment you on the Fall 2009 issue of Baylor Magazine. This issue is not only the most informative, but also the most attractively laid-out magazine you have ever produced.
I have to say that in the very beginning I was rather disappointed with the layouts and the contents of Baylor Magazine. It has greatly improved, and I wanted to drop you a note and give you my congratulations on what you have achieved.

I am writing to commend you for the excellent current edition (Fall 2009) of Baylor Magazine. Every article had its own intrinsic interest and merit, and the whole issue makes for a very fine statement of what is both excellent and unique about Baylor. Many thanks.

Thank you for the piece "Off to college" (Fall 2009 issue) about parents sending their kids to Baylor. The article was well written and represented both the parents' perspective and that of the students about the beginning of the college experience. The words by Erika Snoberger-Balm and illustrations by Adam Nickel made the article come alive with personal reflections and excellent facts about how Baylor approaches this important time in the lives of a multitude of families.

I am proud that Baylor invests the resources in an organization that strives to connect parents and help students wherever they may be in their Baylor careers. Of course, a parent organization is only as vibrant as the parents who participate in the program, and we are fortunate to have the involvement of hundreds of Baylor parents across the country who wish to continue to be a part of their sons' and daughters' educational experience and to support them in constructive and meaningful ways. Thank you for bringing this facet of Baylor to the readership of Baylor Magazine--it is greatly appreciated.
