Career Experience
Christine Stucker Klote brings more than three decades of progressive executive leadership in the Texas infrastructure and manufacturing sectors. She currently serves as senior vice president of Texas Highway Products for Race Rock, a market leader in the distribution of critical highway safety products. In this role, she directs a team responsible for delivering guardrails, bridge rails, crash cushions, signposts, and corrugated metal pipes that support the safety of Texas roadways. Klote was executive vice president of Structural and Steel Products, guiding the company through its 2020 acquisition by Race Rock. Klote earned both a B.B.A. in finance, real estate and economics and an M.B.A. from Baylor University. Klote is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.
Board Experience
A committed and respected community leader in Fort Worth, Klote actively serves on several nonprofit and civic boards, including the Women’s Center of Fort Worth, Women Unite of the United Way Tarrant County, and Executive Women’s Day for the Charles Schwab Challenge and Wine for a Cause. She was the first and only female president of the Colonial Country Club Board of Governors, where she chaired the nominating and executive committees and currently serves on the strategic, executive, finance and golf committees. Klote also brings industry leadership as a former board member for the ATSSA Texas Chapter, the ATSSA (national) Guardrail Committee, as well as the Kappa Alpha Theta Alumni Association, DAR and the Women’s Club of Fort Worth.
Awards and Honors
In 2024, Klote was recognized nationally as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in Construction and Civil Works by Women We Admire, a distinction reflecting her influence in a traditionally male-dominated industry.

Deeply committed to advancing Baylor University, Klote and her husband have made a bequest commitment to support the Baylor women’s basketball program and are contributors to the Baylor Bear Foundation.
Church/Christian Mission Affiliations
Klote and her husband are active members of her childhood church, University Christian Church in Fort Worth, continuing a lifelong involvement in faith-based service.
