Wedded Bears

Ashley Holcomb, BA ’06, and David Meece, BA ’93, were married Oct. 18, 2019, in Frisco, TX. David is CEO of Pearl Street Partners, a healthcare management firm in Dallas, and Ashley is director of professional services for First Pacific Corporation. They have three daughters: Lauren, Audrey and Hailey. Lauren will begin Baylor as a freshman this fall.

Caitlin Forehand Carter, BS ’08, MSEd ’10, married Brandon Carter Feb. 8 in Savannah, GA, where they reside. Caitlin is a career coach with Lambda School, and Brandon is an attorney with Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith. 

Stephanie Miles, BA ’16, and Nathan Kalil, BS ’14, were married March 7 in Cleveland. They met during their junior year at Baylor. Stephanie’s grandfather James Potyka, MD, officiated and wore a Baylor scarf during the ceremony. Nathan graduated in May with a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from the Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. He will start his residency at Cleveland’s St. Vincent Charity Medical Center in July. Stephanie graduated in May from Northeast Ohio Audiology Consortium with a Doctorate of Audiology (AuD). Madison Carew, BBA ’19, MAcc ’19, and Will Little, BBA ’19, MAcc ’19, were married Nov. 24, 2019, in Aubrey, TX. Will was an ITA All-American and four-time Academic All-Big 12 Conference selection as a member of Baylor’s men’s tennis team. Fellow Baylor graduates in the family are Will’s grandparents Dr. Bill Little, BA ’54, and Mary Little, BA ’53; and his sister Taylor Little, BA ’15.
