Men's Basketball 22-12

Reached NCAA Tournament for third consecutive year, a first in program history. Senior Taurean Prince, a likely first-round NBA draft pick, led the team in scoring; Senior Rico Gathers became program’s all-time leading rebounder.

Women's Basketball 36-2

Advanced to Elite Eight for third straight season after claiming Big 12 regular season and tournament championships for an unprecedented sixth straight season. Senior Niya Johnson wrapped up a stellar career with 988 assists, the most in both Baylor and Big 12 history.

Acrobatics and Tumbling 10-0

Won second consecutive national championship with a victory over Oregon at the Ferrell Center, April 19 (see page 42 for story). Their title was the sixth team national championship in Baylor history, and the first time a Baylor team has repeated as national champs.

Baseball 24-29

Advanced to Big 12 Baseball Championships to cap off Steve Rodriguez's first year as head coach. Picked last in the preseason coaches' poll, the Bears rode series wins over TCU and Texas to finish sixth. Junior pitcher Daniel Castano was selected by the St. Louis Cardinals in the Major League Baseball draft on June 11.

Equestrian 13-5

Reached the national quarterfinals and were ranked as high as third nationally. Boasted eight National Collegiate Equestrian Association All-Americans, matching a single-season program record. Junior Savannah Jenkins earned All-America honors in both Hunter Seat events.

Men's Golf

Earned NCAA Championship berth for first time since 2010 and finished 27th nationally. Freshman Braden Bailey's 36th place individual finish was the third-best in program history. Won UTSA Oak Hills Invitational and Border Olympics in regular season.

Women's Golf

Finished sixth in Big 12 Tournament in San Antonio, and were led all year by senior Laura Lonardi, who was Named co-Big 12 Scholar Athlete of the Year with Blair Shankle of women’s tennis. Lonardi finished tied for 27th nationally in individual play in the NCAA Championships and was named a WGCA All-American.

Softball 45-14

Earned NCAA Tournament berth for seventh-consecutive season. Senior pitcher Heather Stearns paced the Lady Bears with a 20-8 record and 212 strikeouts. Freshman outfielder Kyla Walker finished with a .415 average, the highest single-season batting average in program history.

Men's Tennis 16-14

Advanced to second round of NCAA tournament after reaching NCAA Tennis Championships for 19th consecutive season. Senior Julian Lenz was named Big 12 Player of the Year and advanced to the NCAA Singles Championship.

Women's Tennis 18-15

Earned 12th consecutive NCAA Championship berth and advanced to tournament's second round. Junior Blair Shankle was named co-Big 12 Scholar Athlete of the Year with women’s golf's Laura Lonardi. Shankle and senior Kiah Generette earned berth in NCAA Doubles Championship.

Track and Field

Eleven members of Track and Field team qualified for NCAA Outdoor Championships in Eugene, Ore., led by senior triple jumper Felix Obi, who finished 10th nationally. Junior Annie Rhodes won the Big 12 Pole Vault Championship.
