Renowned constitutional scholar joins President Ken Starr for Constitution Day "On Topic"

On Sept. 17, Baylor University President Ken Starr welcomed Akhil Reed Amar, a renowned constitutional law and criminal procedure scholar, author and speaker, for On Topic, the President's series of compelling conversations on contemporary issues. The U.S. Supreme Court has invoked Amar's work in more than 20 cases, and he has testified before Congress on a wide range of constitutional issues. Amar currently serves as the Sterling Professor of Law and Political Science at Yale University.
