Homecoming Weekend

More than 25,000 alumni and their families are expected to flood the Baylor campus Nov. 5-8 to celebrate this year's 94th Anniversary Homecoming. Activities include the Homecoming parade, bonfire and pep rally, football game and Pigskin Revue, as well as class reunions and alumni dinners.
The Freshman Mass Meeting, which symbolizes the passing down of Baylor traditions to the new students, launches the weekend at 10 p.m. Nov. 5 at Waco Hall.
Registration, campus maps and event schedules will be available Nov. 7 until 9 p.m. at the Bill Daniel Student Center.
Pigskin Revue, a popular Baylor tradition that showcases the top eight student performances from the previous spring's All University Sing, will be at 7 p.m. Nov. 6 at Waco Hall, 7 and 10:30 p.m. Nov. 7 and 7 p.m. Nov. 8. For ticket information, call the Baylor ticket office at (254) 710-3210.
At 9:30 p.m. Nov. 7, students and alumni will meet at the Fountain Mall for a pep rally and bonfire in preparation for the Saturday game between Baylor and Texas Tech. The 2003 winning Homecoming floats will be announced between these events.
At 8 a.m. Nov. 8, the oldest and largest Homecoming parade in the country will travel from Austin Avenue in downtown Waco to Fourth Street, reaching campus by 9 a.m.
Snickers Touchdown Alley opens at noon Nov. 8 on the south end of Floyd Casey Stadium and offers live music, food and games before kickoff. Admission is free and open to the public.
New Baylor head football coach Guy Morriss takes the field with his Bears against the Texas Tech Red Raiders in the Homecoming football game at 2 p.m. (Game time is subject to change.) For tickets, contact the athletic department ticket office at (254) 710-1000 or call 1-800-BAYLOR-U, ext. 7.
