Seasons Past...

"Each year, the Department of Theater Arts has a Christmas banquet. One of my favorite Baylor memories is being asked to do the traditional reading of the Christmas story from the Gospel of Luke when my children were very small. Reading aloud to the theater majors with my daughter on my knee, I couldn't help but think of my family, our Baylor theater family and God's family all being in perfect harmony at that moment. It made for a very special Christmas."
Stan Denman
Chair, Department of Theater Arts

"In 1998, student groups divided up Burleson Quadrangle and decorated trees, benches, bells, swings -- pretty much everything from Carroll Library to Carroll Science -- and covered it all with white lights. What a wonderland of light -- until the students left after finals and no one knew how to turn all the lights on!"
Lois Ferguson
Assistant provost for academic services

"There are times when heaven visits earth, and we are blessed beyond our comprehension. Such is the offering by the Baylor Chamber Singers in their annual Christmas concert in Armstrong Browning Library."
Lynnette Geary
Assistant to the Dean
